Burnout Sensor

The Burnout Sensor provides information about what is necessary for successful burnout prevention.

More and more people suffer from burnout syndrome

In recent years, the so-called burnout syndrome has increasingly developed into a widespread disease. According to surveys, almost every third person in gainful employment suffers from burnout or is at least well on the way to contracting it.

Those affected often feel completely burned out and are sometimes even overwhelmed by simple everyday tasks. The way back to normality is often difficult in this situation and requires a lot of patience in addition to a fundamental change in lifestyle.

An analysis of relevant genes can help

Although there is no internationally recognized diagnosis of burnout syndrome based on the criteria applicable to mental illness, effective prevention makes sense. It helps to get symptoms under control at an early stage and to increase well-being in everyday life significantly.

Since one knows today that the genes have a substantial influence on the feeling of stress and thus also the personal Burnout risk, a gene analysis can be an important component of effective prevention.

How the Burnout Sensor works

For our Burnout Sensor, our laboratory analyses the sample sent in and checks the genetic variations relevant to the individual’s sense of stress.

The test results help to recognize how sensitive a person reacts to stress and how high the personal risk for burnout is.

After the successful analysis of the sample, we summarize the results of the test in a written evaluation. In addition, we give concrete recommendations for action to reduce stress and to master challenges in everyday life more easily.

In this way, our Burnout Sensor can make a valuable contribution to stress reduction and help to counteract burnout promptly.

The Burnout Sensor at a glance:

  • Analysis of genes relevant to stress perception
  • Reliable examination by our laboratory
  • Written evaluation of the analysis results
  • Detailed recommendations for stress reduction

Are you interested in a demo report?

After a successful analysis, we summarize the individual results in a detailed result report. You will also find information on the analyzed genes and the underlying science in this demo.

We would be happy to send you the demo report. Just send us an email with the name of the analysis.
