All Novogenia products can be purchased exclusively in cooperation with your doctor. As a result, you benefit from competent support from an expert who knows you and your medical history.

Competent care from your doctor

Effective screening genetic analysis requires the personal assistance of an expert who knows you and your medical history and can address ambiguities in detail.

That is why all Novogenia genetic tests are available exclusively in cooperation with your physician. In the process, your doctor will educate you about the genetic test and the disease at the beginning, answer any questions you may have, and help you collect the sample. After that, he will take care of the transport and inform you when the analysis results have reached him.

(Before the genetic sample reaches the laboratory and is examined there, you must be genetically counseled by a physician by law (§ 10 para. 2 GenDG)).

In a further conversation, he will explain the results and the recommended action program to you. In addition, you will receive an easy-to-understand health report for home use, which once again explains the results and recommendations for action.

If you have any questions afterwards, your doctor or Novogenia will be happy to help.
