I am interested in an analysis. Where can I order it?

Since we consider comprehensive and competent support in the performance of an analysis to be indispensable, we work with partners who can provide you with expert support. Write to us with details of your desired analysis and your place of residence, and we will find the closest partner for you.

What is the process of an analysis?

As a laboratory, we work together with external partners, such as doctors and nutritionists, to provide you with expert care. You will receive a sample set with all the necessary materials for taking samples from your partner. This set will be sent to our laboratory. Within 2 to 4 weeks, we will analyze your sample and prepare your report.

Can I obtain the analysis from my family doctor?

As a laboratory, we work together with external partners, such as doctors and nutritionists, to provide you with expert care. If you cannot find an experienced Novogenia partner in your area, you can also obtain the analyses through your family doctor. On request, we will send your doctor all the necessary materials and information so that he or she can provide you with expert advice on the procedure and your results.

Where can I find my customer number?

Your customer number is your first order number. Usually, you will find it on the cover of your analysis report, on the “Technical Details” page or on your invoice.

What are the costs?

As a laboratory, we work together with external partners, such as doctors and nutritionists, to provide you with expert support. They will be happy to inform you about the costs and included services.

Does my insurance cover the costs?

As a rule, statutory insurance companies do not cover our services. Please contact your insurance company directly to find out whether your private (supplementary) insurance will cover all or part of the costs.

I have questions about my results. Who can I contact?

As a laboratory, we work together with external partners, such as doctors and nutritionists, to provide you with expert care. If your healthcare partner is not (no longer) available, you can contact us directly.

Do you offer paternity tests?

Novogenia GmbH is specialized in lifestyle and preventive genetic analysis and does NOT offer paternity testing.
